What causes a high percentage of neutrophils

High neutrophil percentage may be caused by acute hemolysis, urinary tract infection, leukemia and other reasons.
1. Acute hemolysis: When the red blood cells of the human body are destroyed and lysed in acute hemolysis, the red blood cells will decompose and stimulate the neutrophils stored in the bone marrow, which leads to high percentage of neutrophils.
2. Infection: most of the infections are caused by the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms, as the microorganisms will multiply in the body, so it will lead to the increase of neutrophil percentage.
3. Leukemia: Leukemia is a malignant clonal disease of hematopoietic stem cells. Since leukemia can lead to self-differentiation and abnormal apoptosis of cells, it can easily cause disorders of blood components, which can lead to an increase in neutrophil percentage.
There may be other reasons for the increase in neutrophil percentage, so you should go to a regular hospital for timely diagnosis and treatment.
