How to deal with bruises

The appearance of bruising from entrapment is to be treated according to the degree, if the injured area appears bruised and swollen, the main purpose of this stage is to prevent the wound from bleeding again, and the way to reduce swelling can be chosen from ice, compression to reduce swelling, as well as the prevention of wound bleeding. The local wound can be wrapped with gauze for 24 hours to stop the bleeding and reduce the swelling. Anti-inflammatory drugs can also be taken appropriately, but blood-activating drugs such as cholesterol hormones and aspirin are prohibited in the meantime. If the patient’s local injury is more serious and the extent of bruising is larger, the patient will often combine obvious swelling and pain, and the bruising cannot be removed faster simply by external application and oral medication. If necessary, patients need to perform surgical incision of skin and subcutaneous tissues to remove the bruises, disinfect the wound thoroughly, hemostatic treatment, and give local pressure bandage after surgery, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of local infection.
