Saline or boric acid solution can be used to clean the eyelid margins, and if necessary, erythromycin, tetracycline, doxycycline and other sensitive antibiotics can be used as prescribed by the doctor, and can be combined with vitamin B to promote recovery.
3. Chalazion: common in the upper eyelid, can be a single occurrence, or both eyes, upper and lower eyelids at the same time. After the onset of chalazion, localized lumps may appear, accompanied by limited congestion of the lid conjunctival surface, in addition, at the early stage of the onset of the disease, the patient may have mild inflammation manifestations, such as tenderness, redness and swelling.
If the symptoms are mild, there is no need for special treatment, and it can be self-absorbed. If the lump is large or recurrent, glucocorticosteroids such as dexamethasone should be used to promote the absorption of the lump. If conservative treatment is ineffective, surgical resection can be considered.
