Ten early signs of breast cancer

Breast cancer is a common tumor in women, in the early stage of the disease, there are usually no obvious symptoms, but through careful observation, the following changes will be found in the body, there are not as many as ten, but still need to be noticed: 1. Breast lumps: breast lumps can appear in the early stage of breast cancer, they can be single or multiple, mostly in the outer upper quadrant of the breast, movable, hard in texture, most patients do not feel pain; 2. Nipple overflow: In the early stage of the disease, patients will find nipple overflow, usually watery or plasma-like, and some patients will have bloody overflow; 3. Breast skin abnormalities: When cancer cells act on lymphatic vessels and cause blockage of lymphatic vessels and edema, the skin will undergo orange peel-like changes; 4. Lymph node enlargement: In some patients, cancer cells will invade the surrounding lymph nodes and make them enlarged; 5. Nipple retraction: the near-center part of the normal nipple retracts and sinks, medically known as dimple sign; 6. Breast asymmetry: if the cancer cells invade only one side of the breast in early stage, it will cause obvious asymmetry between the two sides of the breast; 7. Local itching: some patients will experience itching of the breast skin; 8. Minor pain: most patients in early stage have no pain or will have minor pain in the breast. Since there are no uncomfortable symptoms in the early stage of breast cancer, the disease is not easily detected in the early stage. Most of them are found in the routine physical examination, or the patient unintentionally touches the breast and finds a lump before further examination is conducted to confirm the diagnosis. Failure to achieve better treatment in the early stage of the disease will directly affect the disease regression and prognosis.
