The lid fissure is a clear protrusion on the white eyeball called a lid fissure, which is present in everyone but varies in size and is associated with prolonged outdoor activity. Blepharospasm is located on the bulbar conjunctiva of the nasal cornea in the lid fissure area, and sometimes on the temporal side, and is slightly elevated above the conjunctiva and has a yellowish-white triangular appearance. The lid blepharospasm rarely affects the cornea, but if it is accompanied by symptoms such as foreign body sensation and eye redness, the appropriate eye drops can be applied symptomatically, but if there are no symptoms, it is not treated.
