The glabella is a cartilaginous structure with a lot of fascia attached to the lower end of the sternum in the anterior thorax. A chondromyxoma-like lesion of the fascia or of the saber itself is called a saber tumor. If the chondroma is a rib chondroma or a fascial hyperplasia, it is a benign lesion that does not affect aesthetics or has no clinical symptoms such as pain, and can be completely ignored. Once diagnosed as sarcoma, it is a malignant tumor that requires not only surgery but also chemotherapy and radiotherapy. If the diagnosis of sarcoma is clear and the tumor is large or grows within a short period of time, surgery is needed to remove the lesion itself and remove the lesion for further pathological examination and pathological classification to guide the next step of treatment.
