Psyllium is a traditional Chinese medicine, is the dried whole grass of Plantago ovata, family Plantagoceae, which is sweet in flavor, cold in nature, belongs to the liver, kidney, bladder meridian, has the effect of clearing heat and diuresis, cooling the blood, and detoxifying the toxin.
