The more commonly eaten fruits, including apples, pears, bananas, dragon fruits, kiwis, etc., are just added, starting from 1~2 spoons, and then gradually increased after eating without abdominal discomfort or allergy symptoms.
For 6-month-old infants, 1 to 2 spoons of fruit should be added once a day. Breastmilk or formula milk should be used as the main food, and the added food should be made into puree.
