What causes cervical pain when you look down?

Low head cervical pain is usually caused by local muscle strain, cervical spondylosis, cervical spine tuberculosis and other reasons.
1. 3. Cervical spine tuberculosis: refers to the tuberculosis bacillus infection of the cervical spine caused by lesions, mainly manifested as neck pain, cervical pain is more pronounced when the neck is low, bending over to pick up objects.
Low head cervical pain patients should try to avoid prolonged prolonged standing and sitting and low head work, appropriate to do some action drill exercise cervical spine and neck muscles. If not relieved, should go to the hospital in time for clear diagnosis and treatment.
