It is effective in nourishing yin and clearing heat (nourishing yin essence and removing heat), nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the mind (stabilizing the mind by nourishing the heart). It is suitable for insomnia of liver-depression and yin-deficiency type, which is characterized by palpitation (accelerated heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), restlessness, irritability, dizziness, fatigue, difficulty in falling asleep, dreaming and easy to wake up, and insomnia after waking up. The adverse reactions and contraindications of Tranquilizer are not clear. The adverse reaction of Paramount Sleep is occasionally cause liver function abnormalities, and its contraindication is not clear.
