As one of the malignant tumors with high incidence in women, common symptoms of endometrial cancer include: irregular vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge, lower abdominal pain, and abdominal mass. Irregular bleeding, vaginal bleeding is a common symptom of endometrial cancer, often a small to moderate amount of bleeding. It is often mistaken for irregular menstruation in young women or perimenopausal women. This is the main reason why this disease is easily overlooked. In postmenopausal women, persistent or intermittent vaginal bleeding is the main manifestation. Vaginal drainage, in some patients, is present to varying degrees. It begins as a thin white discharge or a small amount of blood-based leukorrhea. In case of infection or necrosis, the purulent discharge may be accompanied by an odor. Lower abdominal pain, bleeding or cancer-induced infection may stimulate uterine contractions and cause paroxysmal lower abdominal pain. In advanced stages, infiltration of tumor tissue throughout the uterus can cause constant and progressive pain. Endometrial cancer is a disease that can be detected and treated early with a good prognosis, so it is advisable to seek early medical attention.
