Patients with stage 3 rectal cancer and 2 lymphatic metastases can get about 50%~60% five-year survival rate after active treatment, so patients don’t need to worry too much and cooperate with treatment. Rectal cancer is a kind of malignant tumor disease of digestive tract, which can be caused by bad dietary habits, heredity, gene mutation and other factors. When the disease develops to stage 3 with 2 lymph nodes metastasis, it can be treated by preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, followed by surgical resection, and then supplemented by radiotherapy, targeted therapy and other therapies after surgery. After active treatment, patients with stage 3 rectal cancer can obtain a five-year survival rate of about 50%~60%. Patients should pay attention to regular review as prescribed by doctors after surgery; maintaining good living habits in daily life can reduce recurrence to a certain extent and prolong the survival period.
