The greenish leucorrhea is considered to be caused by gynecological inflammation, the most common being trichomonas vaginalis, mostly accompanied by vulvar itching and extraordinarily foamy leucorrhea. In this case, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital for a routine leucorrhea examination after a ban on sexual intercourse, and then choose the medication after determining the pathogens in response to the results of the examination. For trichomoniasis, choose methotrexate treatment and douche the vagina with acetic acid solution. Do not eat spicy and stimulating food. Wear loose, breathable cotton underwear and eat foods rich in vitamins and high quality protein to improve the body’s resistance and help it recover. Avoid foods high in sugar and fats, as they can easily lower resistance and lead to damp-heat infusion, which in turn can cause aggravation of the infection. Therefore, the leucorrhoea needs routine examination and standardized treatment.
