There are many types of pancreatic nodules, including solid nodules, cystic nodules, cystic-solid nodules and so on. Therefore, if you find nodules in the pancreas, you should go to the hospital in time for further examination, and you can do thin-layer enhanced CT of the pancreas plus three-dimensional reconstruction to further clarify the nature of the nodules; you can also do pancreatic magnetic resonance examination to understand the nature of the nodules. If it is pancreatic cancer, it is usually a solid nodule, which is not enhanced under enhanced CT. If it is found to be pancreatic cancer, radical surgery for pancreatic cancer should be performed. If it is in the tail of the pancreas, a combined body-tail resection can be performed. If it is in the head of the pancreas, pancreaticoduodenectomy is needed. If it is an insulinoma, the patient’s blood glucose is lowered, and there is a typical manifestation of the Whipple’s triad, and the insulinoma should be removed by surgery.
