Treatment of malignant tumors

Malignant tumor is one of the main diseases that endanger human health at present. The treatment for tumor is a comprehensive application of surgical, radiotherapy, interventional and biological treatment technologies, among which minimally invasive interventional tumor treatment has become one of the important means for tumor, especially malignant tumor. It is a modern tumor treatment method which is guided by imaging technology and integrates advanced medical imaging technology, drug technology, biogenetic technology and high-tech technology (such as physical ablation by freezing, microwave, radiofrequency ablation and chemical ablation by anhydrous alcohol injection, etc.), and has the advantages of precise location, accurate treatment, less trauma, less pain and faster recovery. Most of these surgeries are performed under local anesthesia, and a small “ablation knife” is percutaneously punctured into the tumor to destroy tumor tissues through physical or chemical methods, causing partial or complete necrosis of local tumor to achieve the purpose of tumor treatment. The tumor has nowhere to escape and the incision is only about 2mm, so you can put on a band-aid and go back to the ward after the operation. Physical ablation methods include radiofrequency ablation, microwave ablation, thermal ablation such as Helio knife and cold ablation such as argon helium knife. Thermal ablation is to use the principle of radiofrequency current and microwave current to raise the local tumor temperature to 60~100℃, which will directly carbonize the tumor. Chemical ablation is to inject anhydrous alcohol into the tumor to cause necrosis by dehydration and protein denaturation of tumor cells, which has the advantages of low price (more than 1000 yuan), repeatable operation, easy to combine with other means, and exact efficacy. These methods can be applied to tumors in all systems of the body, including liver cancer, kidney cancer, lung cancer, and intracranial tumors.
