External fixation is a treatment that uses an external fixation frame (device) to reposition and fix the fracture end. The endoprosthesis (pin or nail) is passed through the distal and proximal segments of the fracture through the soft tissue, and then the exposed endoprosthesis is connected to each other by connecting rods and fixation clips to provide pressure, tension and neutralization at the fracture end to reset and fix the fracture, reconstruct the bone and correct the deformity.
