Aneurysms 3 mm usually do not require surgery. Surgery should be considered when there are characteristics such as rapid enlargement of the tumor and compression symptoms.
Phenomena of aneurysm surgery mainly include: ① aneurysm rapidly increasing in a short period of time, with a high risk of rupture; ② aneurysm clearly combined with infection; ③ aneurysm with obvious symptoms, such as severe pain, etc.; and ④ aneurysm has already produced obvious compression symptoms.
Contraindications to aneurysm surgery: severe heart disease, lung disease, renal insufficiency and other diseases, patients who cannot tolerate surgery, etc.
If patients suspect aneurysm, they need to be diagnosed by angiography and other tests, and after the diagnosis is clear, they should choose whether to have surgery or not according to their conditions.
