The corpus luteum of the right ovary means that the right ovary is ovulating in this month, and after ovulation the corpus luteum is formed, which is clinically known as corpus luteum cyst. This is a normal physiological phenomenon, and the diameter of such luteal cysts is not larger than 5cm, and they do not cause any clinical symptoms, and they often occur at the end of ovulation. After menstruation, the cyst will shrink or disappear, so there is no need to give appropriate clinical treatment. If the cyst is pathologic, it is often larger than 5cm and requires surgery. Therefore, if a luteal cyst is found on the right side of the ovary, there is no need to treat or intervene, and it is recommended to review the case after menstruation has been cleared.
