Half of the swelling of the anus may be due to enteritis and perianal abscess and other causes.
1. 2. Perianal abscess: generally due to the anal canal, rectum around the soft tissue or its surrounding interstitial acute purulent infection, manifested as perianal pain, redness, swelling, hard nodules and other symptoms, you can use kanamycin, gentamicin, streptomycin and other drugs for anti-infective treatment. In severe cases, the abscess can be incised and drained surgically.
