There is currently no 24-valent pneumonia vaccine in China, so it is not possible to get vaccinated. Currently, there are only 7-valent, 13-valent and 23-valent pneumonia vaccines in China, and 24-valent pneumonia vaccine is only available in foreign countries, so it is not yet possible to receive this pneumonia vaccine if you are in China. Among them, the 7-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine is applicable to infants and children from 3 months of age to 2 years old, the 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine is generally applicable to infants and children from 6 weeks of age to 15 months of age, and the 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine is usually used for adult vaccination, which is also available for children aged 2 years and above. It is worth noting that adverse reactions such as diarrhea and fever may occur after receiving the pneumonia vaccine, or there may be redness, swelling and pain at the injection site, so it is recommended to receive the vaccine under the guidance of a professional doctor.
