How to treat impotence disease with traditional Chinese medicine

The treatment of impotence disease needs to be recognized and typed. Impotence is classified into five types of evidence, such as liver qi stagnation, damp-heat underflow (dampness and heat evils invade the intestines, bladder, pubic area and lower limbs), etc. Commonly used traditional Chinese medicines include Chai Hu Shuo Liver Essence and Long Guo Diarrhea Liver Soup. The medicine should be used after diagnosis by a Chinese medicine practitioner in conjunction with the actual situation.
Impotence is a condition in which the penis cannot be erected during sexual intercourse, or it is not erected, or it is not erected soon enough to have a normal sexual life. Dampness-heat downstream injection: the patient’s tongue is red, the moss is greasy and yellow, and there will be testicular swelling and pain, scrotal itching, and yellow, red, astringent and burning pain in the urine, and so on. This type should clear away dampness and heat, commonly used gentian diarrhea liver soup treatment.
3. Failure of fire at the gate of life (weakness of kidney yang, reduced function of warming and promoting the operation of qi and blood): the patient’s tongue is pale and fat, with thin white moss, and symptoms such as clear and long nocturnal urination and diarrhea at five o’clock (diarrhea before dawn) are often seen. Zanyu Dan is used to strengthen yang and rise impotence.
4. Deficiency of heart and spleen: the patient’s tongue is pale with teeth marks on the side, thin white moss, and there will be palpitations, insomnia and dreams. It is often used in the treatment of spleen soup to strengthen the spleen and nourish the heart, so as to benefit the vital energy for starting impotence.
5. Frightening and injuring the kidneys: the patient’s tongue is pale, with white moss, usually manifesting as inability to lift up in the room, and sometimes lifting up itself. This type needs to benefit the kidneys, nourish the spirit and strengthen the gallbladder, and is often used in Qiyang Yuxin Dan.
