Dysmenorrhea is categorized into primary and secondary. Primary dysmenorrhea: (1) Dietary control: During menstruation, it is recommended to avoid eating too cold food, such as ice cream, cold drinks, etc., avoid drinking alcohol, and at the same time, you can drink the right temperature hot water to relieve cramps and pain. (2) Pelvic infection: acute pelvic infection can be treated with anti-infective drugs such as cefuroxime and ofloxacin, and in case of serious complications such as tubo-ovarian cysts, surgical treatment is required.
