Under normal circumstances, the lymph nodes 0.2 ~ 0.5cm, two months growth of 0.4cm, may be seen in simple lymphadenitis, lymph node tuberculosis or malignant tumor lymph node metastasis, can be treated with medication, surgery and so on. If only a single lymph node enlargement, but accompanied by pain and tenderness, no adhesion and other uncomfortable symptoms, is considered to be simple lymph node enlargement, generally no need for treatment, every day can be a hot compress, do not stay up all night, do not drink alcohol, relax the mood; if it is caused by inflammation, can be combined with antibiotics, such as amoxicillin capsules and so on. If the lymph nodes are enlarged and accompanied by pain, low fever in the afternoon, night sweats (sweating abnormally after going to sleep, and the sweating stops after waking up) and other uncomfortable symptoms, it may be lymph node tuberculosis, and then need to be combined with anti-tuberculosis treatment, such as the application of isoniazid, rifampicin and so on. If lymph node enlargement is not accompanied by pain, but there are adhesions, hard texture, poor mobility, then it may be malignant tumor lymph node metastasis, and need lymph node excision biopsy examination, to clarify the cause of the disease, and if necessary, surgical treatment. When the lymph nodes appear obvious abnormality, need to actively consult the doctor, improve the examination, clear diagnosis and follow the doctor’s instructions reasonable treatment.
