Magnetic resonance craniography is a common examination of the head and can be performed for the vast majority of lesions in the head, such as pituitary tumors, gliomas, cerebrovascular malformations, cerebral ischemia, cerebral hemorrhage, brain herniation, inflammation, nasopharyngeal tumors, and so on. Hypointense shadow can be considered to be caused by cysts, ischemia, inflammation and other lesions, which need to be analyzed with clinical symptoms, and further examination is recommended to clarify the diagnosis and then treat the symptoms. If there is a high-density shadow on DWI, it suggests acute cerebral infarction, and corresponding treatment measures should be taken according to the patient’s condition and the time of onset.
