In fact, sleep is a natural need, there is no need to force yourself to sleep or not to sleep, because everyone has their own biological clock, different age has different sleep time, the same age also has different needs for sleep time, should comply with each person’s biological clock. About 3% of the world’s population are early sleepers and another 3% are late sleepers, except for the majority of people who usually fall asleep between 10:30 and 11:30 pm. There is no need to compete with your biological clock, especially not to go to bed early or late. If you are a late sleeper, forcing yourself to go to bed early will only aggravate insomnia or you will always stay in a light sleep stage. The most important thing is that you must go to bed immediately when you have the desire to sleep, so that the highest quality of sleep.  The human brain does not rest during sleep, but only changes the way of activity, when you lie down to rest, the brain will take the information you see, smell and touch during the day to systematically adjust, reorganize and rectify, sleep is not a resting state of the brain, nor is it a process of central activity rest and calm. As long as you lie in bed is a good rest. But please make sure you don’t go to bed with bad emotions. When you are in a bad mood, you can go to bed after adjusting your emotions by looking for someone to talk to, singing, listening to light music, exercising, etc. You will be healthy and have a good sleep.
