Jin Buwai is not Chijin Vine. 1. Jin Buhuo is the concocted and processed product of the traditional Chinese medicine Renzhongbai. The drug is salty and cold in nature, with the effect of clearing heat and removing toxins (removing heat and toxicity from the body), dispelling blood stasis and stopping bleeding. It is clinically used in the treatment of wind-heat and thirst caused by women’s laboring and sitting on the moon. The adverse effects and contraindications of this drug are not known. 2. Qianjin vine, also known as Lonicera japonica, is the dried stem and branches of Lonicera japonica, family Lonicera japonica. It is sweet and cold in nature. It belongs to the lung and stomach meridians, and has the effects of clearing heat and detoxification (removing heat and toxicity from the body), dredging wind and clearing collaterals. It can be used for the treatment of sores, swelling and poison, fever, fever and blood dysentery (dysentery caused by heat and poison, with blood in the stool) and other diseases. The adverse reactions and contraindications of this drug are not clear. Jin Buwai and Qianjin Vine belong to two different kinds of herbs.
