Oral cancer surgery is mainly divided into preoperative preparation, surgical procedure and postoperative treatment. 1. Preoperative preparation: mainly blood routine, electrocardiogram, coagulation function, lung function, liver and kidney function, screening four items and so on. 2. Surgical procedure: after anesthesia, if the oral cancer is localized, it can be resected within 0.5cm-1cm of normal tissues outside the tumor tissues; if it is accompanied by metastasis of cervical lymph nodes or submandibular lymph nodes, it should be carried out to clear relevant lymph nodes, and if there is invasion of peripheral tissues, it should be enlarged in the scope of surgical resection. 3. Postoperative treatment: wait for the anesthesia to be awake and choose appropriate radiotherapy according to intraoperative pathology, and have regular follow-up. If oral cancer requires surgical treatment, one can consult the attending doctor about the relevant surgical plan.
