The treatments for hemophilia include hemostatic treatment, alternative treatment, other medications, home treatment, surgical treatment, and prevention. 1. Hemostatic treatment: local pressure bandage and fixation can be used to stop bleeding. 2. Alternative treatment: It is an important measure in the treatment of hemophilia. The preparations available for alternative treatment mainly include genetically recombinant FⅧ concentrated preparation, fresh frozen plasma, cold precipitates, and prothrombinogen complexes. Through intravenous infusion, the missing coagulation factors can be supplemented. 3. Other medications: Aminocaproic acid, tranexamic acid, etc. can be used to protect the fibrin clot formed, thus stopping bleeding. Avoid concomitant use with thromboplastin complexes. 4. Family therapy: Train patients and their families about the pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. 5. Surgical treatment: Repeated joint bleeding in hemophilia, resulting in joint deformity, may be appropriate for artificial joint replacement. 6. Prevention: Prevention of injury can prevent bleeding. For patients with active bleeding, the range and intensity of activities should be reduced. For hemophiliacs in general, avoid strenuous exercise to reduce the risk of bleeding. If hemophilia is diagnosed, early and standardized treatment is recommended to reduce the adverse effects of the disease. All of the above medications should be used under doctor’s supervision, avoid self-medication.
