If the first bubble of urine in the morning is tea-colored, you may be drinking less water during the night, causing the urine to be concentrated. If it is simply tea-colored and there are no other abnormalities, consider drinking more water, which can effectively replenish the blood volume and reduce the color of the urine. If there is a combination of frequent and urgent urination, it is recommended to have a routine urine test to see if there are red blood cells and white blood cells in the urine. If there are red cells, hematuria is considered. Ultrasound of the kidney, ureter and bladder is recommended to confirm the source of bleeding and the severity of bleeding. Encourage drinking more water and taking anti-inflammatory medication for effective relief. In case of hematuria, attention must be paid to exclude the possibility of malignant tumor.
