Step 1: Finger climbing: The patient stands facing the wall, raises his hands upward, holds them on the wall, and tries to climb upward, trying to climb higher than the previous day. Step 2: Posterior extension squat: The patient stands with his back to the table, holding his hands back on the edge of the table and repeatedly doing squatting movements to strengthen the posterior extension activities of the shoulder joint. Step 3: Hold the head with both hands: stand with both feet shoulder-width apart, hold the back of the head with both hands; pull the elbows apart, parallel to the body; close the elbows together, as if holding the head. Step 4: One-handed shoulder press: Take the right shoulder as an example. Two feet like a bow stance, the right foot in front, more than a foot from the table; left foot in the back straight. The right hand is placed on the table and the palm of the left hand is pressed against the right shoulder, using the body to swing downward and backward. Step 5: Expand the chest and shoulders: stand on both feet, shoulder-width apart, put both hands in front of the chest, both elbows straight with the shoulders, the back of the hands on top, palms facing down. Expand the chest, separate the shoulders, inhale; reply with a whistle. Step 6: Rotate the peri-shoulder: Take a sitting position, put the palm of the left hand on the right shoulder, rotate the peri-shoulder 50-100 times to make it feel warm, and change hands. Step 7: Shoulder rotation: stand with the affected limb hanging naturally, straighten the elbow, and draw circles from the front to the back of the affected arm, from small to large amplitude, repeat several times.
