What causes pain in both shoulders and neck pain?

Two shoulder pain and neck pain may be caused by overwork, but also cervical spondylosis, gallstones, frozen shoulder and other diseases.

The pain may also radiate to the shoulders on both sides. It is usually accompanied by stiffness of the neck, headache and dizziness.
3. Gallstones: The patient manifests as repeated vague pain in the right upper abdomen, accompanied by nausea, vomiting and other discomforts, and some patients with severe gallstones may also experience radiating pain in the shoulders.
4. Frozen shoulder: patients mainly suffer from shoulder pain, which is more obvious at night, and when the symptoms are serious, there may be limitation of shoulder movement, which may also cause pain in the neck.
