Snake string sores is a kind of acute herpetic dermatosis with clusters of blisters on the skin, mostly distributed in bands and painful as fire. Initial treatment to clear the heat and dampness, and later to activate the blood circulation and pain relief, the weak to support the positive and dispel the evil (to support the body of positive qi and get rid of the body of evil qi) and the circulation of pain and use. There is no such thing as a special medicine.
Traditional Chinese medicine classifies this disease into liver meridian heat-suppressing type, qi stagnation and blood stasis type, and spleen deficiency and dampness-containing type. The liver-heat type can be treated with Longdian Diarrheal Liver Tang; the qi stagnation and blood stasis type can be treated with Taohong Siwu Tang; and the spleen-deficiency and dampness type can be treated with Dampness Removing and Stomach Ling Tang. The adverse effects of the above prescriptions are not known.
