How long after hysterectomy for early-stage cervical cancer to repeat the test

After hysterectomy for early-stage cervical cancer, it is usually necessary to have a review 1 month after the operation, 3 months thereafter, 2 years after the operation, it can be changed to half-yearly review, and after 5 years after the operation, it is necessary to have a review once a year.
Early stage cervical cancer needs to be rechecked 1 month after hysterectomy, at which time HPV (human papilloma virus) examination, tumor marker examination, ultrasound examination of pelvic and abdominal cavities and superficial lymph nodes, magnetic resonance examination and other items need to be rechecked; thereafter, in the following 2 years, the examination should be rechecked once every 3 months, with the same items as the above, to find out whether there are any recurrences and metastases.
After 2 years after surgery, patients need to be rechecked every half a year; after 5 years after surgery, they need to be rechecked every year.
If hysterectomy is performed for early stage cervical cancer, please follow up and review as prescribed by the doctor.
