Symptoms and treatment of branchial dilatation

Branchial dilatation, the full name is bronchial dilatation, the symptoms of the symptoms are mainly recurrent episodes of chronic cough, cough sputum, hemoptysis. (2) Expectorant: to promote the discharge of sputum, commonly used drugs are bromhexine, aminoglutethimide, acetylcysteine, carboxymetholestane and so on. (3) Asthma: to relieve bronchial spasm, commonly used drugs include salbutamol, terbutaline, tiotropium bromide, etc. (4) Hemostasis: If hemoptysis occurs, hemostasis treatment is needed, commonly used drugs are posterior pituitary hormone, phenol sulfonyl ethylamine and so on. (5) Surgery: some patients with severe hemoptysis may need surgery. Specific medications should be used under the guidance of doctors.
