Early symptoms of psoriasis are red papules, etc. Other symptoms are related to different types, such as film phenomenon in psoriasis of common type, joint swelling in psoriasis of arthropathic type, flushing of the whole body skin in erythrodermic psoriasis, and small pustules appearing in batches on the basis of erythematous plaques in pustular psoriasis. 1. Ordinary type psoriasis: red macules or papules appear on the skin at the beginning, and then it develops into red plaques, which are covered with scales, and a layer of film can be seen when the scales are removed, and punctate hemorrhage can be seen when the film is peeled off. The patients mostly have itching. 2. Arthropathic psoriasis: in addition to skin lesions, arthropathy can appear, and any joints can be involved, which can be manifested as swollen joints, pain, limited activities, and so on, and joint deformity can appear in serious cases. 3. Erythrodermic psoriasis: the skin is swollen and red all over the body, accompanied by a lot of furfuraceous scales, which may be accompanied by systemic symptoms such as fever. 4. Pustular psoriasis (1) Generalized: small yellowish pustules of the size of a needle tip to a grain of corn appear on the skin, which can be fused into flakes and rapidly develop to the whole body, accompanied by swelling and pain, and chills and high fever can also appear. Patients may have furrowed tongue. (2) Palmoplantar pustulosis: the lesions are confined to palms and metatarsals of the feet, and the lesions are small pustules occurring in batches on the basis of erythema, and the nails are often involved, which may appear as punctate depressions, turbidity of the nails, nail peeling, and accumulation of pus under the nails. (3) Continuous extremity dermatitis: psoriasis occurs at the ends of fingers or toes. Scales and scabs are visible after the pustules subside, and the nail beds may have pustules or fall off. Patients should go to the hospital in time when the above symptoms appear, and standardize the treatment under the guidance of doctors.
