The specific treatment plan for hemangioma formed in the right lobe of the liver depends on the size and location of the hemangioma as well as the corresponding symptoms to be decided together. A simple hemangioma in the right lobe of the liver less than 5 cm, in a good location, with no obvious symptoms and no effect on liver function, can be observed clinically, with a routine color ultrasound or CT of the liver once a year to dynamically observe the changes in the hemangioma. For large hemangioma in the right lobe of the liver, which is larger than 5 cm and has symptoms of compression or even changes in liver function, the hemangioma can be treated clinically by interventional embolization, or by local sclerotherapy with ultrasound and CT intervention. If a huge hemangioma of the right lobe of the liver is formed, laparoscopic resection of the hemangioma of the right lobe of the liver or interventional embolization can be performed to completely cure the hemangioma of the right lobe of the liver.
