What’s the reason for the painless growths on my chest?

A lot of small particles growing on the chest without pain or itching may be caused by folliculitis, sebaceous cysts and hemangiomas.
1. Folliculitis: Folliculitis is a kind of purulent inflammation caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and other purulent bacteria, infecting hair follicles and sebaceous gland units. In the early stage, some red papules appear at the mouth of the hair follicle, which gradually form small pustules and are surrounded by redness and pressure pain.
2. Sebaceous cysts: misshapen cystic tumors originating from the sebaceous ducts. This disease is usually found on the upper limbs, chest, neck, back and other areas. Patients may present with a round swelling on the skin, normal skin color or light blue, smooth surface, mostly solitary, occasionally multiple, painless and itchy.
3. Hemangioma: It is a common vascular tumor disease in clinic, which occurs in the head, face, trunk or chest and abdomen. Usually it is cavernous hemangioma and trapezoidal hemangioma formed by abnormal proliferation of endothelial cells, the location is deeper, and it is easy to get bigger and higher than the skin surface. It is caused by the expansion of local blood vessel wall and is usually painless and itchy.
If patients have the above symptoms, they should go to the hospital in time to avoid delaying the condition and causing adverse consequences.
