Causes of urinary stone formation

Urinary stones usually refer to urinary stones, and the causes of their formation include metabolic abnormalities, urinary tract infections, and urinary tract obstruction.
1. Abnormal metabolism: mainly related to the change of urine pH, the decrease of urine volume, as well as the increase of uric acid, oxalic acid and other substances discharged, and the decrease of pyrophosphate, acidic mucopolysaccharides and other substances, and then the formation of urinary tract stones.
2. Urinary tract infection: because when there is infection in the urinary tract, pathogenic microorganisms will break down the urea in the urine into ammonia, change the pH of the urine, which will help the deposition of phosphate and carbonate, then stones may be formed in the urinary tract.
3. Urinary tract obstruction: if there is a urethral diverticulum or urethral stenosis and other conditions, it is easy to cause urine retention, when the urine is concentrated, it is easy to produce a large number of stone crystals, and eventually form stones.
Secondly, the common triggering factors of urethral stones are heredity, improper diet, gender and so on. Patients will experience symptoms such as painful urination, hematuria, difficulty in urination, and urethral discharge.
When patients are checked for urethral stones, they should actively cooperate with doctors for treatment, strengthen daily life management, and follow up regularly.
