What is the cause of pustules on the back

If there are pustules on the back, we need to observe the shape of the pustules. If it is just a sporadic distribution of pustules with no obvious conscious symptoms and slight pain with hand pressure, it should be a symptom of folliculitis caused by purulent infection, which is directly related to anxiety, fire and frequent sweating leading to blockage of the follicle opening. If the pustules on the back are more than 0.3mm in diameter and protrude significantly along with dizziness, headache, fever, nausea and vomiting, it may be impetigo, which is an aggravation of the symptoms of folliculitis caused by untimely treatment, or drug dermatitis caused by the intake of certain drugs. Certain connective tissue diseases may also develop pustules, such as pemphigus vulgaris or linear pemphigoid, and require pathology for a clear diagnosis before treatment can be defined.
