Vulvar itching in women is mainly seen in two conditions: first, vulvovaginitis; second, vaginitis. The main symptoms of vulvodynia are local itching, redness and swelling or a rash that can be relieved with topical lotions or medications. There are more types of vaginitis, the most common are the following three: i. Trichomonas vaginitis; ii. Bacterial vaginitis; iii. Mycotic vaginitis. The symptoms of these three types of vaginitis are not quite the same, but they all have symptoms of vulvar itching, increased leucorrhea and change in the color of the leucorrhea. The examination of vaginitis is relatively simple. Go to the hospital for gynecological examination and take out the secretion for ultra-high magnification microscopy. It is important not to have intercourse during the period of medication and to prohibit eating spicy and stimulating food.
