Differential diagnosis of uterine pus accumulation

Pus accumulation in the uterine cavity is the accumulation of pus in the uterine cavity. Pus accumulation in the uterine cavity can occur when the cervical opening is blocked, drainage is poor, and secretions are retained in the uterus due to acute or chronic endometritis. Uterine pus, also known as uterine pus, is a relatively uncommon gynecological condition. Because of its rarity, many people do not know what is going on with pus in the uterine cavity, and they do not know what conditions should be distinguished from pus in the uterine cavity. Small accumulation of pus in the uterine cavity is often not easily misdiagnosed, but large accumulation of pus can make the uterine wall thinner and larger, which can easily be misdiagnosed as ovarian or bladder tumor or pelvic abscess. Ovarian tumor: Ovarian tumor is a tumor that occurs on the ovary. It is one of the common tumors of female genitalia. Ovarian malignancy is also the tumor with the highest mortality rate among gynecologic malignancies. Although great progress has been made in recent years in both basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian malignant tumors, unfortunately its 5-year survival rate is still not significantly improved. Bladder tumors: Bladder tumors are the most common tumors in the urinary system. Most of them are metastatic epithelial cell carcinoma. They are most frequent in the lateral and posterior walls of the bladder, followed by the triangle and the apex, and their occurrence can be multicentric. Bladder tumors may be sequentially or concurrently associated with tumors of the renal pelvis, ureter, and urethra. In foreign countries, the incidence of bladder tumor ranks 2nd after prostate cancer among male urogenital tumors; in China, it is the first. The incidence of bladder tumor in men is 3-4 times that of women, and the age of men is 50-70 years old. The tissue type of epithelial tumor accounts for 95% of this disease, among which more than 90% are metastatic epithelial cell carcinoma. Pelvic abscess: Pelvic abscess is a serious inflammatory disease of the pelvis, mainly from anaerobic bacterial infections, with fecal odor and bubbles in the pus. It is mainly treated with antibiotic medication and, if necessary, surgery.
