What causes hip bone pain

The main reasons for pain in the hip bone location are as follows: First, abnormalities in the bone itself, such as external stimulation, bone location, fractures, bone fractures, bone contusions, and strains in the location where the bone attaches to the surrounding soft tissues, may all cause pain in the hip bone location. Second, due to excessive exercise or maintaining a posture for too long, there is excessive fatigue at the location of the attachment point of soft tissues and bones, resulting in strain, inflammation and stimulation of the peripheral nerves around the hip bone location pain, which is actually a painful sensation at the location of the attachment point of bones and soft tissues. Third, due to necrosis of the hip bone, or bone tumor or bone cyst, after reaching a certain level, stimulation of the peripheral nerves around the hip will also cause pain in the bone.
