What are the surgical methods for adenoid hypertrophy?

The child’s surgery was performed under general anesthesia. Modern anesthesia technology should be safe for such an operation, and the hospital’s pediatric anesthesia can be completely trusted. The operation is minimally invasive, with minimal intraoperative bleeding and minimal postoperative reactions, and there is generally little postoperative fever or bleeding. Parents are often concerned about whether low-temperature plasma is better than imported aspirators for adenoids surgery. I have found that low bleeding is an advantage in using low-temperature plasma for adenoids surgery, but if the adenoids are significantly enlarged, the plasma knife cannot be used to remove them completely, because the plasma knife head is relatively short and cannot reach the operated part.
