What level of pain is a painful period?

Auntie generally refers to menstruation, and auntie pain is known as dysmenorrhea. Pain is usually categorized into 12 grades, and dysmenorrhea is generally classified as grade 8 pain. However, the degree of dysmenorrhea varies from patient to patient, and may be more or less severe than grade eight. The pain a woman experiences during labor and delivery is the highest level of pain, grade 12. Dysmenorrhea experienced by women is usually weaker than the pain level of labor and delivery, and dysmenorrhea is usually around a grade eight pain level. However, some women with severe dysmenorrhea may be able to experience pain as high as grade 9 or even 10, and some women with milder dysmenorrhea may only experience grade 4 or 5 pain. Dysmenorrhea is related to pelvic congestion and elevated levels of prostaglandins. If dysmenorrhea lasts for a long time and is severe or accompanied by other symptoms, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to clarify the cause of the dysmenorrhea and then undergo targeted treatment and management.
