Right abdominal pain during ovulation, mostly seen as ovulation pain, is relatively mild and mostly transient in patients. Therefore, no specific treatment is usually required, knowledge of the subject and rest is sufficient.
If the pain is severe, appropriate sedative medication and proper rest may be taken. However, other diseases need to be ruled out.
