A child conceived in the same month as the imaging is done can usually be wanted. According to the study than showed that the exposure to imaging examinations during pregnancy caused fetal adverse outcomes of the minimum exposure of 50-200mGy, greater than 1,000mGy is likely to lead to embryonic death, the majority of commonly used clinical diagnostic radiological imaging dose is less than 50mGy, so it is not recommended as a medical indication for the termination of pregnancy. If the cumulative dose of radiation exposure during early pregnancy exceeds 50-100mGy due to repeated radiation examinations for medical reasons, the continuation of pregnancy should respect the wishes of the pregnant woman and her family and comply with relevant laws and regulations. At present, non-essential X-ray, CT and other radiologic imaging examinations during pregnancy are still not recommended to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure.
