How to check for testicular infection

Orchitis should be examined by a specialized doctor. Physical examination, laboratory examination, urine routine examination and imaging examination are common.
1. Physical examination: Observe that the patient’s scrotal skin appears red and swollen, and there is swelling and pain with fluctuating sensation when touched. There is thickening and hardening of the vas deferens.
2. Laboratory examination: During routine blood examination, the ratio of leukocytes and neutrophils will be significantly increased.
3. Urine routine examination: there may be an increase in leukocytes or pus cells.
4. Imaging tests: Commonly, there are Doppler ultrasonography, which is able to assess the changes in the morphology, echogenicity and blood supply of the testicles and epididymis.
Testicular inflammation should be diagnosed by professional doctors with the combination of history, symptoms and relevant examinations, and daily attention should be paid to the suspension of sexual life, pay attention to personal hygiene.
