What is the cause of subcutaneous bleeding spots

Subcutaneous hemorrhage is a red spot under the skin surface, which is mostly a blood spot produced by the rupture of capillaries and has many triggering causes. Depending on the location and severity of the bleeding, subcutaneous bleeding spots may have multiple causes. If the bleeding point is located on the face or upper limbs, it is mostly caused by skin diseases, such as follicular keratosis, etc. Some infants with facial bleeding points caused by sudden crying or increased abdominal pressure should go to a dermatologist for consultation and treatment, and recover faster. If blood spots appear on the lower extremities of the body, and the number is large and widely distributed, it may be a disorder of its own coagulation function. It is generally called purpura, mostly caused by thrombocytopenia or large fragility of blood vessels. You need to go to the hospital for some routine blood tests, which should not be taken lightly because many serious diseases, such as leukemia and sepsis, may present this phenomenon. If the test reveals that it is not a clotting problem, it may be caused by allergies. Patients allergic to certain drugs or foods can also cause abnormal dilation and rupture of the subcutaneous capillary blood vessels, producing blood spots, also called allergic purpura. Some patients have symptoms such as joint pain or back pain and hematuria in addition to subcutaneous bleeding. You should go to hospital for examination and treatment to eliminate subcutaneous bleeding in time. The subcutaneous bleeding spots may be a skin disease, a coagulation problem, or may be caused by allergies, which need to be carefully distinguished and treated symptomatically.
