The treatment methods for precancerous lesions of gastric cancer need to be determined according to the patient’s condition, as follows: 1. chronic atrophic gastritis: symptomatic treatment with drugs for gastritis, such as feeling of fullness, taking drugs for gastrointestinal motility, increasing exercise appropriately, intake of easily stirred and digestible food; 2. chronic atrophic gastritis with H. pylori infection: anti-H. pylori treatment is necessary; 3. gastric polyps: gastric endoscopic polypectomy, especially gastric adenoma has a very high chance of cancer, usually polyps >2cm in diameter have an increased chance of cancer.
