Pain in the heel tendons, there are commonly two cases of Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, as follows: First, Achilles tendonitis: usually because the calf often do some strenuous sports, such as playing basketball, soccer, badminton and other bouncing strenuous sports, may often pull the Achilles tendon, resulting in a local chronic tear, and aseptic inflammation, which causes pain. Second, plantar fasciitis: it may be plantar fasciitis, a condition related to long-term walking and strenuous exercise of the lower limbs, where the plantar fascia of the heel is often stretched, resulting in chronic tearing and leading to aseptic inflammation. Both of these conditions are related to strenuous movement of the lower limbs, and there are obvious local pressure points. According to the pressure points, the diagnosis of Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis can be differentiated.
